Oschadbank`s open for veterans employment. A Memorandum on interaction and cooperation was signed by the Bank and Veteran Hub fund. The main goal of this cooperation is creation and development of the strategy "Oschad - is a veteran-friendly bank". The project provides the prospects and conditions for veterans employment creation and further Bank`s provision of social protection, psychosocial adaptation, professional support and legal assistance to veteran employees and their family members.

In 2024, Bank Credit Dnipro joined the Charter for the Financial Inclusion and Reintegration of Veteran, the conclusion of which was initiated by the National Bank of Ukraine and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development within the framework of a joint Memorandum of Understanding. The memorandum between the National Bank of Ukraine and the EBRD outlines cooperation between the institutions to ensure coherence of the financial sector in implementing standards for inclusive activities and services, support and re-socialization of war veterans in Ukraine.
The bank also received an award for the "Family-friendly Companies Index 2023" project from the CSR Ukraine. We make best efforts to create a supportive environment for employees, where family values are an important element of corporate culture.
The number of employees of JSC "BANK CREDIT DNIPRO" is 819, of whom 35 people with disabilities are employed.
In accordance with the requirements of the current legislation, the Bank adheres to the established norms regarding the creation of workplaces for the employment of people with disabilities in order to enable disabled citizens to return to active employment and socialize.
The employment of a person with a disability does not depend on the group of his disability, but takes into account the recommendations of the Disability Determination Services, the individual abilities of the person and the ability of the Bank to adapt, if necessary, the workplace for an employee with a disability. The Bank reck of the limitations of a specific person with a disability, recorded in his individual rehabilitation program, and takes them into account during employment.
Such employees at the Bank are given the opportunity, at their request, to work remotely/at home, according to an individual work schedule.
The Bank works to improve the culture of attitude towards people with disabilities and directs its efforts to create an inclusive environment and appropriate working conditions for them. When we create properly working conditions for a person with a disability, he concentrates not on his own disability, but on the qualities he possesses. Ukrnafta
Ukrnafta is the largest oil producer in Ukraine.
The company's structure includes two business units: Ukrnafta-East and Ukrnafta-West, which include six oil and gas production divisions and three gas processing plants, as well as the Oilfield Services Division, which provides a full range of services for the oil and gas industry, and Ukrnafta Drilling Division, which provides exploration and production drilling.
Ukrnafta holds 86 special permits for hydrocarbon production (commercial development of fields). The company produces in Sumy, Poltava, Chernihiv, Lviv, Ivano-Frankivsk, Chernivtsi, Dnipro and Kharkiv regions of Ukraine.
UKRNAFTA's mono-branded gas station network includes 537 gas stations in almost all regions of Ukraine.
Ukrnafta is headquartered in Kyiv. 50% + 1 share of the company belongs to NJSC Naftogaz of Ukraine. On November 5, 2022, the Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine decided to transfer a share of the company's corporate rights that belonged to private owners to the state. This share is managed by the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.

The Company employs almost 1,000 people with disabilities in all its structural units in various positions and professions.
Particular attention is paid to the integration of veterans who, due to injuries or health deterioration during military service, cannot return to work in their positions/professions after completing their service, and therefore need retraining and the creation of special jobs and working conditions that will not harm them but will allow them to receive decent wages, be part of a team and feel that they belong to the life they defended during their service.
If a veteran needs medical treatment, the Company provides financial assistance and returns to work only when the employee is ready to start work.
